By the way, I'm not arguing about their motives for sending these notices. I'm arguing your claim that they only send these arrival updates to flex payers.

I haven't flex payed a statue from SS in over a year. Regardless, what you got is still technically a delay notice and they don't take your last payment until the thing is in stock (unlike our pals at ARH). I guess I don't see the problem.

All I know is that SS does send delay notices with updated ETAs to full pay customers. That's been my experience.

Most likely sent here because I think Spencer mentioned this in the Q & A thread RE delays of Medusa with legs?

I didn't order it so I can't speak to whether or not any emails were sent.

I agree. I never got a delay email from SS unless I had flex payments.

So straight from Spencer, no additional delays, these are still set to arrive late February. And he said no emails were send out regarding this.
