Got a super fast reply to my concerns about getting someone else's defective statue. I was assured that I would get a new statue and that it would be inspected before shipping to me. I have only had to deal with customer service a couple of times over the many years fortunately and have always found the experience enjoyable.

Went back through posts, didn't see what you are having replaced?
They send the part that you put a ticket in for ie (Collectors Edition Head Sculpt) that is the only thing they send. If its the base idk the procedure! Either way, you wait for the replacement part. Then if the replacement part is okay. You destroy the old bad part. Take pictures and send them to SS.

When I’ve had a problem with a base, they just did a full replacement.

Yeah anytime I've had a base issue I ended up sending the entire thing back. Has anyone had just a base sent to them as a replacement?

Same here. I emailed the 2nd and was told (likely) no later than Friday. We should both here back this week.

I just got a tracking number from Sideshow. I do have Green Arrow on preorder but it’s not due until next week, so this must be my replacement already.

Got contacted that the replacement is there, they are inspecting it etc.. Hopefully these replacements are not the same as the orginal
