Thats an important distinction to make. Wasnt Terminus like a giant suit of armor, not a robot...I remember there being like a little guy inside...
The Mad Thinker's android for sure...he may be in Thor's class...and DragonMan! Of course!

How's about DANGER from the pages of Astonishing X-MEN or DESTROYER from the pages of Thor. Isn't he considered a robot or android because the soul of a person inhibits it but all else is mechanical?
Can't forget about Shogun Warriors.....

I was thinking free-standing constructs...without a controller inside (so no Terminus, Shogun Warriors, or Red Ronin).
But then, would that disqualify Red Tornado?
Yeah, I think Amazo would be on this list. i was really thinking Marvel though...DC is always so tough to quantify powers and such.
