Heldenshop is not a good dealer

Hi,

I've pre ordered two XM statues at Heldenshop, through a German contact: Wolverine and Iron Man Mark 7.

Wolverine has been delivered months ago, no problem.
But regarding IM no news at all.

I've reached my contact who has contacted Heldenshop. No answers two weeks after that.
Then my contact discovered that the guy who runs Heldenshop is on a German forum.

He contacted him, he answered: "Yes it has been sent".

Sent? I've made no payment and my contact also didn't send any money.
He ask him for more informations (tracking number?) etc...and again no answer.

Ok I've paid no deposit (since Heldenshop doesn't ask for) for this but It was my only chance to get Iron Man at a "good" price and not i'm f**ked because again these shops doesn't honor their command!!!

I'm really pissed off right now.

All that is great, but there is no reasonable expectation for anyone to know what is in private contracts. As far as any customer would be aware, XM is allowed to sell in Europe. Why would any customer be aware that certain retailers can only sell within their own country? Either way, XM should handle any issues for the customer since the seller is still authorized.

You are right, XM official partners are supposed to notify that they can only ship to their country, but he doesn't, so the customer shouldn't pay for this. I choose to remove my message because I don't want customers to panic, we'll see in the future if this problem occurs and how it is handled then.

One more chapter in XM dealing policy.

Guys i know you are here from the begining, so you know the story.
Why would it change now ?

you Buy, order or PO knowing what you do : with XM you never know how it ends.

By the way it's the way they run their business.
It's their choice.
Their company.

To each his opinion about this and take own decision.

In the end retailers are like customers.
And i don't think heldenshop is worst or better than any other (official) retailer, let say sharpedge for example

I don't why we'd blame XM for bad retailers and I've only heard bad about heldenshop.

Because they chose them as official retailer then.



So many time and change.
To chose the wrong german retailer...what a misfortune.

Maybe next one will be better ... until next one.
Or discovering they don't have the right to distribute in Europe.
or the rights have ended 6 month ago
or their official eu website is the only one
or back in malaysia
or eastern europe
or semic
or whatever.

as i said,
To each his opinion about this and take own decision.

Armored_berserk,
Ask XM to find a solution as they did with lil' monster
May be your best way to a happy ending.
The problem is you deal with a german contact so maybe he should do it, i don't know.
