Post every time you get a new Gentle Giant piece.
I figured since all the other sections have a thread like this why not here.
I'll start it off with the latest edition to my collection: Star Wars - Darth Vader: Ralph McQuarrie Concept Mini Bust.
As a fan of McQuarrie's concept art I was pretty excited for this bust and it turned out great. It has 3 different interchangeable heads (all pictured below) so you can pick your favorite look. The heads are held on by a very strong magnet. Unfortunately, unlike the Concept Boba Fett bust, the bottom of the helmets are not flat so displaying the 2 extras loose around your bust could prove challenging. This is something I'd like to do so I'm going to look into finding something for them to sit in so they stay upright.
Anyway here are the pics.

I like them all but think I'm going to display helmet 1 or 2 simply because stylistically they're the furthest from what was actually used in the films.

I've had TONS of GG arriving over the last couple weeks...Oola, Blue Coat Hoth Han, Hoth Luke, Hoth Leia, Mynock Leia.
But this little acquisition from last week will be the item I will share. verjoyed:
Thanks to a lot of the pics and threads I lurked around here at statueforum - the decision to pick one up when I found it was a no brainer.

BIG congrats DarthBeek.
Attakus Vader I is most certainly a grail piece for many and arguably the best Vader statue ever produced.
I've had this piece in my collection for years now and its still one of my VERY favorite statues.

GG 4-Lom
Pardon the flash. Color and detail is excellent. Now I have all the mercenaries.
