He's about to shoot a web from his symbiote costume.

My friend pointed out to me that it is cover-art accurate, so, I guess that's that.

mcfarlane toys spawn / batman 1:10 scale statue
this is another crowdfunding thing hes trying, looks pretty cool. $500 for 1:10 scale, not sure if thats "expensive" or not. seems like a lot but theres a lot of statue there too. has a total es of 500 including smaller es tiers that come with signed comics or something that are already sold out. as of this post there are 75 left of the statue that comes with a comic and 197 left of the statue alone (prices are the same regardless of tier)

No worries! I asked Danny if we can maybe rename the DC sub-forum to McFarlane?

That's pretty cool...the price seems reasonable for the size (24.5" H) and complexity.

Interesting. To me it seems that greed Todd McFarlane noticed the old Batman and Spawn statue from the early 2000s has been selling for good money these days. This statue is a similar design. Both characters on rooftop pouncing with the capes entwined but I actually like the old statues art direction better. That sculpting of that old statue is really rough tho. This sculpting here is definitely multiple steps up prob digital like everything these days but Batman looks very goofy with his right arm like that, and the gauntlets are goofy. Either way cool Statue that will sell for good money down the road but a shame Todd still hasn’t made a killer Spawn statue. So strange.
