I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Oh, that tip break didn't happen from it touching what I have it sitting on. It either broke off in transit or broke off when I didn't know that the cape was protruding from the bottom of the styrofoam and I originally set it aside (I did find the cape tip inside the styrofoam).

I think the foot peg doesn't go all the way in on anyone's - Batman's foot touches the base, though, so I am thinking it's gone in far enough. I think my problem is that I have to tilt the figure forward to even get the foot peg to slide in (I saw someone else assemble it in an unboxing video and he did not look like he had that problem) and when it does the figure will lean forward if I let it go. I suspect the hole may be drilled at a slight angle. The cape does the same thing. The key hole is a little too large and the key lifts up a bit. So, the cape leans back, the body leans forward, and that gargoyle horn is pretty much keeping things up.

It was being processed as a replacement from Sideshow - after waiting 5 weeks with no action, I had them change it to a return and ordered another from P1.

well that's all very frustrating! Glad you were able to order directly from P1 but what a disappointment to have to deal with

Hope your new one from P1 arrives in perfect condition!

He's here, and holy CRAP the box he comes in his huge. Definitely the biggest box I've ever gotten. If it were any bigger in any direction, it would not have fit in the hole that goes up to my attic lol. Good lord.

Anyway here's 2 quick pictures for people who were wondering about the scale vs the DKR Batman, I'll post more later.

One more pic for now, it really is something else. So much really that I think I'm at the point where I'm pretty much done buying anything other than P1 stuff. They're just so, so good.

In regards to the leaning concerns yes, mine very slightly comes off the ground on the very back of the base, but 1) I really don't think it would be a problem in the long run anyway, and 2) Just for a little piece of mind, I may see if I can put a couple small things on the bottom of the front to balance that out. But I really don't think it would be a problem long term.

But yeah......incredible. So, so good. As usual pictures do no justice to how big/impressive it is.

Finally got him home and unboxed. I was going to wait but I just couldn't .. Lol. This thing is EPIC and I love everything about it! Colors looked great and the cape is simply AMAZING!

I was worried about the leaning issues that some collectors had but mine seemed to have been okay. The foot fit tightly into the key and the Cape took a little 'work' to get it in just right. Took some pictures with my Galaxy S8+ .. Sorry for the bad lighting.

VERY NICE! They seemed to scale perfectly next to each other. I was afraid he would be too overpowering for my other 1/3 Scales but he looks fine next to them.

#GOAL on that DKR piece you got there mva5580! I'm hoping to score him down the road. I POed the DKIII, how about you?

Yeah they really look fine together but the overall presence on the Hush statue.....man. Just awesome.

And oh yeah, the DKIII is definitely coming. I’ve got 4 or 5 more statues I plan on getting and that one is at the top of the list.
