Mine still has not moved from when I got my shipping notice last week? I’m a little frustrated at this point . Paid in full ages ago ahead of payment plans and I get the shaft waiting ???

Yeah...same boat. I know the whole, "they're a small company, cut them some slack yadda yadda yadda" story, but this is getting ridiculous. I received my final invoice on August 8th and paid same day. My statue is still yet to ship.

To makes things more frustrating I received email Monday stating that international orders get picked up Tuesday ????
