I just got a response from them on a issue that started in February/March. Didn't resolve anything, but they responded. I would never order from them directly. It appears Sideshow has just as hard of a time contacting them as my issue has been going through them since March as well. I guess I'll never get it resolved at this point.

I have a feeling once this gets into people's hands, this will be a very surprising (in a good way) statue much like Guyver 1 where there was little to no talk about it until it started shipping.
