Octopussy? Anyone?

I'm a Bond fan and this sounds like a nice idea, but I just don't see myself buying into a product line. I'd be more interested in a James Bond collection, funny enough.

I never was a big fan of Octopussy. I like the movie but the character never got me. I assume she influenced Whisper as well. But I like Magda, the blonde circus girl in Octopussy a lot more. I would take a statue of her more than Octopussy. Although if they could do something with that Octopussy poster image I might be interested in that.

I think (for money sake, but would be very hard) would be if they chose the most iconic Bond girl, with the Bond at the time. I mean that would make 6 Bonds and 6 girls. Would be enough for a good collection size, wouldn't kill the bank so much, and would be cool to have a Dalton with Moore, or Connery with Craig.

Like I said issue would be to choose a girl to go along with Bond. Some would be no brainers like Vesper with Craig lol.

My issue with a Vesper would be that it would look awkward with Artemisia statue close to it

I do like the idea of 6 Bond/Bond Girl pairings! Bravo! I don't know how much market there would be, but I think this sounds like the best recipe for possible success. And I would like to see it.

Hey, I think you're onto something. Magda was a pretty memorable part of that movie. We should have both women in statue form just to be safe! Um, a provocative layout should work. Octopussy did manage a harem of women, right? The Themyscira of the Bond Universe! Comics everyone!

I'd only be interested in Vesper, because it is Eva Green. It will be interesting to see how well Artemisia comes out.

I would buy a Honey Ryder statue if the likeness is dead on. I love the iconic bathing suit.

I would buy Bond Girls if they also made the Bonds. I love the Sideshow Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan. Unfortunately, I passed on a Roger Moore and I am regretting it.
