Thank you for your kind words

And thank you very much for this tutorial link. I've been looking for a guide like this for ages

Nice for your 1st, just some small advice if you want to make it pop a little more, try drybrushing the hair with the same color you did with your hair with just a little yellow added to that base color, when done with that seal with a flat clearcote, then add a thin brown wash over the hair then seal again with a flat clearcote.
Since you looked like you drybrushed your dragon already try adding a darker wash over the scales should really make your dragon pop a lot more, then seal again with flat clearcote, should make a big difference in overall appearance of your statue, hope this helps...just trying to give you some ideas because when I started I was eager for critiques and advice.

Hi warhead

I am very grateful for every tip and advice.
I'll try your advice tomorrow because tonight we're going to be watching Zack Snyder's Justice League

I got the Matt Acrylic Varnish from Vallejo but have never used it. That's for the airbrush. Is that good for sealing?
I've also seen that clearcote is available to buy in large spray bottles. I think a spray bottle is better. I also use a spray bottle for the primer and that works quite well.

Thanks again for your tip

Matt acrylic varnish should work to protect each of those steps you take, good luck with your paintup.

I've watched the first half of JL so far. I won't spoil anything for you, but the first impression I got was that the flow and continuity of the story is much improved.

It begins in one hour. That's gonna be a long night.
But we have everything you need for a long movie night. Beer, wine, snacks ...

My paint up on Sonja is a little bit difficult.
No matter how I set the shading, I just don't like it.

To clear my head, I continued working on another project.
I modeled the Ice King's ax.

Story: Sonja cut off his head with his own ax.

The ax is supposed to replace the sword in Sonja's hand,
but I still have to think about how to do it

My best idea right now is that I buy a second statue on ebay.
They are currently quite cheap

Thank you

Lady Death has finally arrived.
That was expensive fun. Shipping + customs were almost as expensive as the statue

But I still have no real plan what to do. Except that I'm thinking about not using the long coat
