Hate to hear that for ya. The last couple of days worth of in hand pics on social media forced my hand to buy. I hope I have better luck than you. I?m sure they?ll send you what you need. Coincidentally, my only broken XM piece was the Shugo Batman. The katana handle was broken and was replaced. It took from November 21 to just last week to arrive, but it was done. Good luck buddy.

dang good eye. thats a huge qc mishap. I sure hope the guys at XM get notified about this.

I've seen a couple in hand photos and they all have the same issues. I'm afraid my fate is sealed.

I won't be buying anything from XM again because of the prototype. It gets worse with every statue.

I actually really love the white hair portrait or the just red hood one. Kinda wish I collected this line, but resisting the urge but the samurai line is XM's best line I feel.

Well the QC paint mishaps do happen on SS and XM. But I do feel from the XM statues i received I tend, paint app seems to be just ok, or lacking. Wonder if they just have a lower QC ratings on what they except to make deadlines.

It bothers me that we are shown a statue with the prototype that we don't get. These changes are not necessary.
For me, these changes only make sense if XM subsequently saves costs.

I'll wait for more pics, people still haven't learned that first pics are always weak. That's my least favorite of the portraits anyways.
