He's Jason Todd, the former Robin that Joker killed in the A Death in the Family story. Resurrected by Ra's al Ghul.

He’s more like an anti-hero. Basic backstory on him is that he used to be the second Robin, Jason Todd, was killed by the Joker way back in the day (I think in the 80’s). He was resurrected by the Lazarus Pit and is now the Red Hood.

Is not what I was hoping for.
I only like the half mask.
What is the green slime supposed to be? I do not like that at all.
I will sleep over it again but I have currently crossed Red Hood off the list.
That leaves Batwoman and Cable. Let's see what they look like.
