Finally had my PoL from BBTS shipped and a few DC Direct statues and figures were in it. One of them was Black and White Catwoman statue. It's a pretty cool statue. I like it a lot. I just wish the pegs on her feet lined up with the holes on the stand. :/

They're off by a pegs width, so I tried bending the leg just enough to get it in there...but I heard a creaking sound, or one of those sounds that tell you "stop, fool! any further and you'll snap it"......so I stopped. lol

Anyhow....I think I might sell it. If I can't display it properly, then I can't really do anything with it.

Just got Cover Girls Batgirl from my friend in Dallas for 40.00. Overall I am liking it and the paint came out really good.

She stands out like a sore thumb next to all the inspirational confidence in all the other statues of the line. But she is already growing on me.

He bought it and decided he did not like it so he asked me if I wanted it for 40.00. I was not planning to buy it myself but I'm sure glad he sold me his because I'm liking it.

I got my Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman, from the CGODCU, last night. I'll try to take some pics this weekend. Both are really great, Harley's paint was an 8.5/10. Minor color bleeding around the neck piece, where it meets the red/black paint, but nothing too bad. I'm really looking forward to getting Poison Ivy, so I can complete my Gotham City Girls lineup.

Well lucky you!

I was completely turned off by the statue, but it has grown on me, to the point where I can say I like it. I just don't like it as part of this line, don't feel it goes with the rest. If I ever find one, very cheap, I would display it separately.

Well according to the back of the Batgirl box Poison Ivy is already out.

Yeah, DC Direct shipping dates are shall we say.....in a state of constant flux!

I'll say they are! Truth is though, I don't think any company puts anything out when they say they will, at least in my experience. Some get closer than others, but no one ever hits the target.
