Wonder if it will suffer from the heat problems like the slims PS2 did. I still own a first run PS2 and works like the day i opened it up. I just hope i get the same life span out of my PS3.

I've still got my 60 gig and I hope it never craps out on me since it's got the PS2 hardware built in. A smaller model PS3 is a good thing though. The original is pretty huge.

Hopefully the price is set alittle cheaper. I have two PS3s and they are both brilliant pieces of kit. I might be interested in purchasing a region A slim PS3.

I know it's a really long article and all (4 whole sentences) but if you took the time to read it mentions there will also be a price cut if this rumor is true.

Sony has tried multiple times with an assortment of gimmicks they hope will work to revive sales but much to their chagrin they fail miserably.
