1st time doing new things takes more time. I am sure if you bought another set, would take half the time or less because you know what you had to do and needed to get it done! Last time i bought 3 2 cubehigh pieces/drilled holes for plugins/installed lights/hid the wires/shelves 30ish minutes each maybe. Have assembled so many i dont need the instructions lol. Even thou i did accidentally drop a corner on my bigtoe with no shoes on.. oops!

Painful!
The 2nd Besta went together far faster than the 1st.
I became fast at putting together Ikea Detolf units.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Hollywood Collectors Group - Species - Sil 1/4 scale

Back on page 48 i posted with regards to something called Species Sil Sci-Fi Concept artwork
Original Transparency. An item i picked up off of ebay, framed, and added some lights to. The
fact is, the lights failed to light up the transparency. Last night, i set about adding more lights.

Original failed lighting attempt:
Very cool Sil, I always found Species to be such an underrated movie

The 1st movie is decent enough. Sure it's not Alien level, but i like it all the same.

I have yet to see Species III
One IMDb reviewer posted 'Entertaining B-movie..'

Hot Toys - The Wasp

Arrived yesterday. Looks amazing (for a 1/6th scale figure). Took this shot and added a logo.
The large wings make the figure all the more special. Both helmet and non-helmet portraits
look great. I think i will be displaying Wasp wearing her helmet. The helmet features a light-
up feature, but it involves too much faffing about.

3 Frames arrived today..

Finally have both Wonder Woman and My Brothers Keeper Sideshow Collectibles art prints
framed! Both frames are made by the same company i used to make the custom size frame
for The Sideshow Collectibleds Mr. Freeze: Heart of Ice art print.

Sideshow Collectibles - Art Print - Wonder Woman (Alex Garner)

Sideshow Collectibles - Art Print - My Brothers Keeper The Walking Dead

Suzi Pie Poster (Rick Melton) Original Oil Painting (published artwork)

Sideshow Collectibles - Art Print - Mr. Freeze: Heart of Ice

For the purpose of the photo's, all images were shot using the same wall position. I hope to
move house this year, and hope to have more space to display everything all at once.

I picked up the Suzi Pie Poster via ebay. It is an original oil painting by painter Rick Melton.
Anyone who reads the horror magazine The Dark Side will no doubt be fully aware of Rick, who
has painted numerous images to grace it's covers over the years.

I think i am going to have to have a new frame made for the Sideshow Collectibles - Art Print -
Harley Quinn: Daddy’s Lil Monster, if only to keep it in keeping with the rest of the art prints.

Back to Rick Melton. I had bided on his stuff in the past, and always got out bided. When it came
to Suzi Pie Poster, i waited to the end, and did battle in the closing seconds with someone who
was equally hell bent on winning. I came out the victor!
..and when Rick shipped the painting, he included some bonus items including: 68 page magazine
Suzi Screams Again! along with an art print (large).

The Official Rick Melton website: https://www.stunninglysavage.com/Bio.html

“All exploitive art should look like it’s been knocked up at 5am by some
wasted bum who once had talent but is now seriously on the slide.”
