Is the cape posable?????
This is the first time I been so confused where I cannot see wether or not the cape is poseable, the cape looks like regular fabric at some moments and then he breaks the laws of physics by making it hold its place....I am so confused

In the captions, Virtual Devil said there are wires in the cape for posing.
