Well I guess they both "took a stand" and this is the outcome of it, now the first guy is going to have a new view to enjoy every day unless he raises his fence or plants a tree in a strategic spot.

The stupidest thing about all this, is if you look at the angle of Easton's house, his neighbors house is only in his peripheral view at best. I'd be willing to bet good money that you couldn't even see it from the inside of his sliding glass doors.

Don't twist my words - I don't appreciate it.

I didn't "twist" anything, as a matter of fact I agreed with you, I just happen to disagree as to who's being the bigger ass.

Don't play that game - you did twist my words and I'm asking you not to do that. Simple. If you have a different opinion - that's fine.

I'm not, I didn't, and I do.

If you don't expect to have a post quoted on this or any other forum, you're going to be seriously disappointed.

That really shows your maturity - Whatever - it was a request to respect my posts - apparently that's too much to ask from you.

perhaps, but its pretty clear the first guy complained because he was bitter about the obstructed view in the first place. It wasnt really about the 18 inches, it was an act of spite as if to tell his neighbor, screw you for taking away my view.

if he cared so much for his precious view clearly he should of bought the land himself.
