I'm trying to figure you out, especially collecting wise. The hobby is so new to you its hard to remember I was exactly like you once.
I also never understood why some marvel guys disdain dc characters, but its different strokes I guess.

i don't read dc comics, so i have no heartfelt connection to that universe the way i do to the Marvel characters i came to know thru my childhood & adolescence. the marvel stuff also seems/feels/looks/reads a lot more modern, at least to me.
dang! i missed the closing on a black-costume fs Spider-Man that went for just over $100!

I guess growing up on Challenge of the Superfriends, the batman tv show, and superman movies were what got me loving DC the way I do.
