7/20? Yep sounds about right.

Annihilation 7/10
Pretty good for two thirds, then the last ten minutes aren’t incredibly drawn out and trying a bit too hard to be clever.

I think I would’ve loved it if Snyder had ever been allowed to finish the film.

Justice League (7/10) finally saw it. It wasn't all that bad. Gal just lights up every scene she's in &, imo, carries the movie. Silly story, but this kinda stuff happens in comic books all the time, so I'm more forgiving.

I scored it a bit higher, but I can't disagree. I didn't enjoy it at all tbh. It was a cop out after the genuinely interesting and different Prometheus. At least a very nice print came from it, I got it from Bottleneck, although it doesn't really have much relation to what we saw on screen!

I finally got the Bladerunner 2049 blu ray yesterday. I'm not going to score it yet, I think the hype set my expectations way too high that I was almost underwhelmed, a habit I have often as I avoid cinemas and wait for movies to release on BR. But at the same time I know that I did enjoy it. I need to give it a second viewing in a couple of weeks, I think I'll appreciate and enjoy it a lot more second time around....

had a bladerunner marathon
Blade Runner (final cut) - 9/10, such a great movie
Blade Runner: 2049 (3D) - 8/10 a bit drawn out, not as captivating as the original, but still a worthy sequel. Harrison Ford and Jared Leto were both underused. The 3D effects were decent, i've seen better and worse. Overall I enjoyed it.
