If your definition for "cruel" is honest, then yes I'm being "cruel".
It's a shame I can't really say what I think about these without getting a month ban form this forum.

I don't mind the line. I might start getting a few of them but haven't decided yet. I only wanted to get them if there will be more than a few, it would look odd to just have one of them mixing in with the regular busts.
Visually, they look great, I even like the "chess" base. They are more like what a bust should be, armless. I guess I'm one of the few that loves the old Dooku/Padme/Mace armless guys from years back.
The problem with the regular busts is that they just look like a statue that's been cut in half. If you're going to make arms, might as well go all the way, give them legs, and sell them as a small statue for a few bucks more.

Bust-Ups are good for kids. The Classics bust line is good for nobody.

by the way, a friend in our forum asked "why the lightsaber of Obi is ROTJ Luke's lightsaber ? "

What at $34 a bust, this was never intended for the kid to collect. Also I'm sorry but I really don't care about if it help the kids to start collecting.
It is $6 to $10 cheaper than a mini bust and you get half the quality. This line look like a cheap extended version of the helmet line and you never really hear anything about them either.

Im pretty sure they are $30, which is $20 less than retail for the regular bust.

Believe me.
Starting kids collecting with their poket money is definitely not what GG had in mind with these.
They were wondering how to save some money and still fleece the general collector.
And that's a fact!
