I figure it's my turn to run the comp this year, since I won last year (at least I think I did, based on the tips from the final round and the fact that Rodney passed the trophy on to me!)
There will be prizes for first place and the highest international placegetter (plus second place if these happen to be the same person). I might do something for last place as well, but anyone who misses putting in a full round of tips in time on three occasions will be out of the running for this.
Not sure yet if there will be any prizes throughout the season in the event that someone successfully tips every team correctly in a given week, but we'll see how we go.
I'm not as nice as Juzzy
, so if you don't put your tips in for a given week, you get zero points. Any games already underway/completed when you put your tips in will net you zero points for those games as well (so say if there is a Friday game and you don't get your tips in until Saturday Aussie time, you won't get any points for the Friday game even if you tipped the correct team).
The first game isn't until 22 March, but I thought I'd get in early so that people can express their interest and maybe start evaluating form during the NAB Cup series, which starts this weekend.
