For those of you who are in the US and haven't got a PO in on Hsien-Ko yet, the Koto US store just opened today; they are featuring her as one of their figures with an exclusive bonus item.

FYI for anyone ordering this, they've shown that it will require a hideous plastic support rod. I'm glad they showed this now because I'm no longer going to buy.

Let's hope that it's only for the proto stages as I agree...external support rods are something that nobody should have to deal with nowadays.

Felicia sports a massive chunk of PVC (her hair) for a figure that balances on one leg. Fortunately, Koto put a notably solid support within the figure to reinforce it. Fingers crossed that we get something similar for Hsien-Ko. I guess we (I) will find out when she drops.

Agreed. I will wait and see. I really want to get her, but I won't if that rod is required. You'd think with the fact that the other arm AND the foot is attached to the base, that would be enough.

I wonder if you can position it so the support is mostly hidden.

It is just a poor kludge.
Cannot support these design decisions that compromise the appearance of the piece.
