i can see that, and this statue looks good, but idk, for $500 spawn being wrapped in that cloak seems a little...one note. idk. it looks like a decent piece, but the price makes it hard to justify. spawn is awesome tho, and i love the classic spawn look.

See, I love that... full rage Spawn, which there are plenty of customs of, just looks like Agent Venom with a cape lol. I get the attraction, but I want a more mysterious/creepy Spawn.

Someone posted an in hand pic of this on FB (I didn't save it) but it had the same chains as the SDCVC sample. Hmmmm, I don't love that.

They should at least apply some weathering to those chains...Spawn emerged from Hell, not Heaven

Wish Todd would explore larger scales. One of these in 1/4 would be perfect:

Here's another vote for Spawn in 1/4 scale. I'd love a classic Spawn and more importantly........CY-GOR! That would be a dream statue for me.

if i had to guess he keeps doing these small scale statues because he can use the same factories he uses for the action figures. too bad he will never license out the property to someone willing to do a larger scale

I think that's it. It's to make them posable.

Finally unpacked this piece, and wow is it nice in person. Yeah, the chains aren't great, but don't bother me nearly as much as I thought they would (and yes they are posable - which is actually nice). Solid, single piece. Heavy.
