But SS could give me a store credit for the amount PCS owe me,so i will take it(hopefully this includes the NRD)

not sure if you are serious. anyone should be able to see that the problem lies with pcs and not ssc.

I had a similiar amount of money invested as mjjj1987 and ssc creditet me with the points within days.

SS offered me the option to get a credit this time, before this wasn't possible.
