Just found that my Rhino comiquette's base has started flaking. When I touch the flaked area more paint just flakes off. Seems like they forgot to put on some primer or something....ughhh

Read here and there that Sideshow statue's paint flake overtime kinda scary thought to collect them. Does this problem common in Sideshow statues? Or it's just happen in some of the statues?

I got my 1/6 deluxe Vader today. The lights on the chest and belt do not work. Do they include a battery ? And if not, what size do I need? The battery box is tiny and on the back of the belt.

Sideshow don't use primer on statues,in all cases when "flaking" happens you can see the polystone under.This is a very cheap company even the EX golden sticker is gone,How much do you think those little stickers cost ? 2 cents each ? Oh remember the thin foam sheet that used to come wrapping the statues ? Now they use paper.

E-mailed Sideshow over a week ago regarding my Master Chief PF (which is frakk'n amazing) because I noted the left hand isn't fully attached to the arm.
It's right at the wrist where the black glove would tuck into the green armor. Anyone else have this?
Haven't heard from Sideshow yet. I'll try again this week and provide an update in case anyone else has this issue.

Technically you don't need primer if the resin is treated properly.
But they probably don't do that either :P

And the primer isn't from Germany,Switzerland etc..Is a chinese knock off of the knock off,so it shouldn't be expensive.The card board that comes with toilet paper boxes are better quality that what Sideshow use in the statues.
