I don't think SS gets all of them there are many other companies that sell the EX not just SS
It would be interesting to see how many Prime1 allocated to SS

As far as I'm aware of, Sideshow is the only official place besides the Prime 1 website that sells the EX. Usually what happens is Sideshow is allocated a certain amount of the EX while the Prime 1 website sells the remainder EXs. Once it nears release time, Prime 1 starts allocating the remainder of the EXs that they have not sold to Sideshow.
If any other website is selling the EX, it's usually aftermarket.

Correct. I believe the EX is still available on Prime 1's website. Sideshow has sold out of their allocation that Prime 1 has currently given them. Once it gets near time of release and if Prime 1 still has any EXs still available, they'll give those to Sideshow and then Sideshow will give those to people on the waitlist. After that, then I would say the EXs are truly sold out.

I ordered EX from German distributor here in EU. So other distributors have EX too.

Exactly. Also, it was a self-fulfilling prophecy on both of the main forums to have people encouraging each others not to hesitate on POing when some were rightfully on the fence due to the ES and price. Several of those people who convinced themselves to do so won't have the commitment to keep their POs (especially once she's no longer the only 1:3 Catwoman available) hence all the conversions we got for the aforementioned Prime 1 pieces, like Harley and Two-Face, well after they'd shipped.
