I'll be attending again next year (as I have every year, so far). Other than a couple of guests, the 2015 edition of Calgary Expo was sorely lacking in known comic artists. Next year's list is already shaping up to be better than what we got this year.

I hope they emphasize the comic side more this year and less on the "entertainment" side

I was moving into my new house last year so I was only able to go for a quick in and out to pickup my edwin huang comission

this year i'll look forward to spending the whole day there again

admission prices are just skyrocketing year after year though, they are realllllyyyyyyy gouging now, its pretty shameless

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Barry Kitson was added this week. Was really looking forward to seeing him 2 years ago, but he had to cancel last minute. Hopefully that won't happen this time, as he's one artist I've been wanting to see for years.

Wow you weren't kidding...$48 for a Saturday only ticket! Pretty bold IMO considering the downturn in the city.

I would consider the early bird but most of their guests are announced much later than January.

$48.00!! Just to get in lol. Wow.... maybe the NDP's added convention tax lol. Shameless for sure woozie. If no one I want to see is going, I will probably skip out. Can't really justify $50.00 to go walk around for the day.

Opted for the Saturday and Sunday tickets but so far there aren't any "entertainment" guests I want a picture or autograph with. The artist alley is shaping up nicely but at this rate, I might just go on the Sunday and save a few bucks for some extra prints.
