That's wild! I also have the "Have a Reward code?" and "Redeem Code" parts at the bottom of the page. But right before that (and after the "Available Balance" section) is:

Pending Rewards
Order Number / Pending Rewards / Expected Mature Date

I think that section is always empty, so I rarely ever scroll down that far.

So weird that a few of us have more details and others have less. Does this mean that the site is still rolling out updates to different users? Or do we have an older version of the site with features that will be eventually removed (I hope that isn't the case).

I've opened a case with Sideshow and they are looking into it.

What sucks is I let $30 of rewards expire last month because there wasn't any small I wanted to grab. Now I have almost $100 expiring this month. If I had known, I would have used all $130 last month. Oh well
