Yeah I heard about the Dredd series a while ago. Mega City One was the title if I’m not mistaken. Haven’t heard anything for a while though.

As far as a sequel goes a follow up TV series has been green lit and Karl Urban has expressed interest in reprising his role. To me this is better news than a film sequel, but we’ll see how it goes. First time fans have had a reason to be optimistic.
This would be supremely cool. What network is thinking of picking this up? Please tell me Netflix

Judge Dredd: Mega-City One has yet to find a home but Netflix seems like the most logical place given they licensed the Dredd movie. It was estimated the series was approx. 2yrs out back in 2017 when it was announced. The last update from Urban was late in 2018 stating he was "in discussions to reprise the role given they wrote the character to have a function and a purpose and that it contributes to the overall story." Given Urban himself has been actively campaigning to continue what the movie started via the film or streaming medium I'd say things are looking pretty darn good.

my sister invited me to see Captain Marvel with her Friday night

I honestly dont understand where the positive reviews are coming from, I thought it was extremely cheesy, ugly costumes, ridiculous plot, one of marvels worst movies on par with Iron Man 3 or possibly even worse

5.5/10

You know what shocks me about your review? That the score implies that Iron Man 3 is better than/or at least a 5.5. No way, Jose.
