The head's horrible, the pose is lame (I don't even get what she's supposed to be doing, some sort of angry faced strut-stretch-fist pump mix?), and the skin's too white. Even with the part where this won't happen again anytime soon in mind I can't get myself to like it a little bit. I'd think twice about throwing $50 at this, let alone anything closer to the actual price.

About the hair, I don't understand how they can sculpt so detailed clothes or base, with such so intricate details, and finally propose hair which looks like jellyfishes or octopuses.
My point concerns not only this statue...

I forgot she even had a neck symbol until you mentioned it. But yet, she has it and it should be there. Just like her red lipstick. On a simple piece as this, it needs accurate character details. She has literally one look. One. It's not like Captain Marvel, Storm, Aspen, Black Cat, Catwoman... who have many variation. Taarna has one classic design. Sideshow makes some head scratching choices.

The statue is a composite of the movie Taarna face and body and the costume from the Chris Achillos poster. I like the concept. But she had red lips on both.

Now is not the time for Sideshow getting artsy fartsy in changing colors.

Would like to see more Taarna statues from other scenes.

The neck symbol I'd totally forgot about. That's a deal breaker and she definitely should have red lips. If those end up being the exclusive I would find that surprising.

Does Sideshow always show the exclusive same time as the regular version?

Taarna #1 comic book is released this Wednesday. I hope they don't ruin it. They haven't shown much art previews.

Definite deal breaker and blatant omission if they don't correct this.

They added the symbol to the neck. I think this looks pretty good, and am looking forward to the comic.
