I like this piece, really love the attitude and design.
But with the prices on these pieces, I can't give in to likes anymore.

I'm not bothered how people view the hobby. I like the statues I like.
Agree it is hard with the wealth of choices to buy anything besides what you really like. I'm hoping she goes on a sale someday or get her cheaper second hand down the road.

It doesn't bug me either, probably because I am female. So, I don't get the label. Well, not from people on here. My family still thinks it is a bit odd, having all these nearly naked female statues set up around my house. LOL

Well why shouldn't you? There are plenty of guys who like and buy the male statues. Personally I'm a male who only buys female statues for a number of reasons, primarily because they appeal to me more and secondly because I have finite money and space.
No one should have to explain their tastes and preferences. Heck, sometimes you can't even explain them to yourself. Why does someone prefer blue over red? That's just the way your brain is wired.

I'd put this in the "I like it, but I can wait on it and maybe get a deal, and if not that's okay" category.

Actually looks better than the prototype to me. Not that I like it though. It’s still an odd looking piece.
