Probably not, but some that come close off the top of my head:
XM Magneto, Cable and Venom
SS Thanos on Throne, Spiderman Comiquette, Joker PF(comic)
PCS Sagat, 1/3 Akuma(hairlines not perfect but still great overall)
P1 Deathstroke, really a lot of their pieces but that one stands out

Flawless as in no defects and as perfect as the prototype? I'd assume so, at some point somewhere that's been achieved.
If you mean like how these guys are responding that's far to subjective.
I will say that even in my favorite pieces I can find something that bothers me so I haven't found one yet.
