I should have clarified my first question. I realize it isn't scheduled to release until Spring, but I have seen it VERY briefly in a couple videos from NYCC. And, when I say "briefly," I mean the camera lingered for maybe a second or two.

I was trying to ask if anyone had pics or videos (or know where they exist) from NYCC. Marvel Toy News has a couple good pics here: http://marveltoynews.com/marvel-prem...defenders-pos/
But that's about all I've ever seen from that con.

Magneto is indeed supposed to be leaning forward. However, he's attached to the base at two narrow points at the bottom of the cape. For this reason alone, I would not get him.

If it is one piece, I think it is less likely to lean but it will depends on how heavy the magneto body itself and how stiff the resin is.
