In my experience, they won't transfer an NRD. You get one courtesy refund.

I have gotten a few refunded, but have eaten many more. Lesson learned, I don't PO much anymore.

I was told they are not capable of moving money from one statue order to another. Seems odd, and somewhat unbelievable, but they refunded all my money instead as a one time courtesy.

As a 1 time courteousy SS refunded me the nrd, not transfer it. The statue was not delayed at the time I requested cancel.

I lost some nrds but when I canceled the berserker armor early this year after seeing the shipping costs, they refunded me everything including nrd.

You get either the non nonsense woman who is like " Uh-huh, yep", The one guy who is nice but "by the book", or the Super sweet tech support woman who seems to get things knocked out and escalated the best she can.
Poor super sweet tech support woman because she keeps getting my calls when I inquire about PCS returning my coin.
