so how is the weight lose going

one week into the new year how are you doin?

i have had only homecooked meals for 3 weeks myself except for once and then i had the chicken tacos at taco bell cause of a long drive. one week of actual working out. so far since the first i have lost 10 lbs. if anyone wants to start a workout group and be brave then feel free to come on and post your progress. pics may be a little hard to post but can help out a lot.

I refuse to weigh myself, but I know that my clothes are fitting looser and I've been told by 2 people that my face is getting thinner.

i'm an advanced open water diver. i've done extensive cave diving here in florida as well. deepest penetration was approximately 1500 feet in and 75 feet down. also dove a sinkhole in the middle of the woods and went 160 feet down. now that was sick! amazing to see the layers in the walls. also viewed an embedded manatee skeleton. he must have gotten trapped and was moved through the aquifer.

i imagine your certification is indoors in a pool? either that or you need to break out the dry suit because it's friggin' cold out there!!!

Just started yesterday the diet and also ran 1 mile last night. Hoping to lose about 30 pounds for the wedding this year.

What are you guys doing for diet/workout plans?
