It's an Arrow skin from the tv series for Green Arrow.

I so badly want this game but I know in a few months time the Game of the Year edition will be out with all the skins/characters on disc so there isn't much point in getting it now.

I sold my copy back to gamestop as well as my copy of Deadpool b/c the gave an extra 50% back if you pre-ordered Batman: Arkham Origins.
