I have changed jobs since the last time I filled this out.....
I now teach 8th grade science and cover their athletic teams in the event of an injury. Having a blast, want to kill the kids on some days, but have really enjoyed it thus far.

---- me.

One thing I learned mergers are NEVER good for the employee. My company is merging with another and we are going to save 2 billion was how they sold the deal, How are they going to save that money, heads are going to roll in mass just hoping its not me.
So sorry for your loss I have been where you are just keep a positive attitude and keep plugging away

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

After moving away from Vegas and leaving my job as a lifeguard, I took up a butcher position at a nearby Asian market with a focus on specialty cuts. Irreconcilable differences with the manager and store director led to me, as well as most of my team, leaving the company.
That left a pretty bad taste in my mouth, so I decided to try something different and found work as a Repair Technician. The pay is decent, but the job isn't nearly engaging enough for my tastes.
Turned 21 last week, and I haven't quite found my niche..
I draw on the side, but in my experience (commissions/other various trade hobbies), when something I'm passionate about begins to feel like work, it's considerably less enjoyable for me. So I can't say that I'm particularly interested in taking that FT.
