lets all not forget J.J is the first person to technically introduce the Multiverse in Spider-Man Homecoming. A lot of people are saying it all starts with Wandavision. But I believe it just will continue and confirm what we all knew and hoped for in this series.

Yeah, but JK Simmons was more just a fan-fuelled cameo (or maybe not?), whereas here it's much more purposeful.
But you're right though, so much going on. You feel like you're getting that little bit closer to understanding, then they drop things that create even more questions.
The 7 days in between will feel longer with each passing episode.
I still find it fascinating that you need a fair whack of pre-existing knowledge/awareness (from both inside and outside the MCU) to really get the most out of a show like this. I reckon it has to be a one-of-a-kind thing in the way it's targeting such a specific (albeit substantial) audience.
