If you are based in the states and ordered from the US site, they just got back from winter holiday on January 6. Customer service is behind and I just received an email reply last night from a question I sent in on December 28. Give them another week to catch up with everything.

It’s been months since the delivery, I did not have to pay custom fees to California to my knowledge despite that notice, the second package was delivered after a few days
