I’m also waiting on two refunds no response yet but I’ll see if new manpower helps their cause .

Hey There,

Wanted to update you on two things...

1. New Customer Service is 415-416-2310. Viki will be available from 9am-1pm M-F. If you don't get her live, leave a message and she will get back to you.
2. We're going to be disabling fb messenger on Monday, Jan 6th. Although, it appears an easy was to communicate with us, it's actually very difficult when you are managing hundreds of messages at once. PLEASE email us at tweeterhead@tweeterhead.com from now on. This will be your one stop shop email!!

SO happy to be starting off the new year with these two things in place. It's going to be a major improvement over the last few years!

Congrats on the new CS help. I'm sure it'll remove a load of stress from TH to know it's back in good hands.

My Red Hyena replacement is arriving tomorrow after a year and 3 months of notifying of the damage upon arrival, which seemed to be due to a packing issue. I think the poor little guy arrived with a broken jaw for many people.

They're definitely reaching way back to resolve old issues, so now it is certainly worth your time to continue to be patient.

Yes all the bud and lou replacements were sent out. Hope they are perfect. All the loose ends are being tied up.

Anyone had a response?

I emailed on the 2nd of Jan just asking when my Black Batman would ship and I've heard nothing.
