Prices are up across the board with every company. This isn't exclusive to GG. In fact I'd argue GG prices haven't gone up % wise anywhere near as much as some other companies.

That said every collector has to draw the line somewhere. Average prices for a standard MB before this release was $80-$90. So this is a significant jump. For $120 I'd expect a switch out part or two. I'm in no rush to order this as I expect the ES to be huge.

+1

I would love to add this one to my collection, but there is no way i can comfort myself buying it for $120,00 excluded shipping.

All prices are inflated across the board now with all Star Wars collectibles since the Disney acquisition. GG just followed suit from the looks of it.

Shame this bust is so expensive.

Not sure it's just the Star Wars stuff. The Marvel Zombie busts and The Walking Dead ones are topping out at $120 also. They look great, but those prices are a killer.

If going with the current trend I could stomach $100 but $120 is just greed for a MB - especially considering the ES will probably be massive (not to mention that this one is just a trooper - no exuberant detail).

But I've already drastically cut back on collecting so this just makes it easier for me to pass

I hope we still see occasional OT releases. Seems to be slowing down a lot.

Yeah, though I'm not sure which OT releases are needed. Next week the Endor Rebel soldier will arrive and that's the last one I have coming.

I don't know about needed, but there's a few I'd still like to see from the OT.

From ANH I'd like some more Cantina monsters, maybe the rest of the Cantina band.

From ESB Lobot is probably #1 followed by Bespin Luke.

From ROTJ Bib Fortuna and General Lando are tops followed by Endor Han and Leia. Maybe some more Jabba's Palace aliens, I'd even pick up a few more Ewoks.

From the PT I'd pretty much just be interested in more Jedi.

I think there's still some ground to cover if there's interest. Otherwise it's all new era stuff from here on out.
