I second that! I'd like to see SS response to now changing this back.

My email to Sideshow
Hi,
Today I receive 6 refund cheques from CBSA on my dispute with HS Code 3926.40.000. They did not issue me any letter to state why I got my reimbursement back. I've enclosed 3 B2G Forms from fedex tracking #7-368-xxxxx ( 4 invoices Lady Death, Darkseid, Green Goblin & Red Sonja statues); fedex tracking #7-370-xxxx (Dark Phoenix statue); and fedex tracking 7-371-xxxxx (Megatron G1 Prime 1 statue).
Enclosed are the following.
1) Two pics (6 total cheques) that refunded me back on. The total though don't match up to what I'd filed? They actually gave me more money back. There are probably internal charges that I am not aware of.
2) Three CBSA dispute letters in correspondence to the 3 Fedex Tracking numbers.
3) Three B2G forms that I wrote to CBSA with Fedex & SSC invoices.
4) One letter to CBSA (Jason Wong B2G info FedEx Dispute letter) regarding the HS Code 3926.40.0000 where I am challenging CBSA.
I am asking you to review my case and remove HS Code 3926.40.0000 off all future orders for Canadian buyers so we do not have to go through the hassle to file the B2G form which took 3 months to complete. I believe I have 100% proven my case that CBSA was wrong to impose 3926.40.0000. I believe 9503.00.0000 or 9703.00.0000 are valid HS Codes.
I look forward to SSC ending the HS code dispute so Canadian buyers aren't penalize for this.
Jason

Wow, congrats VS. I'm surprised CBSA reversed their stance on the code. Hopefully SS will follow with the code change

They did not disclosed any letter why I won but it tells me that there HS Code 3926.40.0000 is wrong.
I am contacting SSC now on this.

Thanks guys,
I gave a lot of examples and challenged everyone one of them. Without doubt, I knew that the vague HS code 3926.40 was not enough to warrant the extra tariff tax. I know what that tax was used for and it was not right. I was fully prepare to take this to court if I had lost the case.
This should had never gone this long. I had numerous conversions with ssc prior to filing my case against CBSA. Ssc said they gone through hurdles with CBSA and ultimately had to settle on the 3926.40. I just don't think they push the right questions and challenge them to win the case for us. JMHO.
For CBSA to issue the cheques, this makes it so much easier to win future disputes. I just hope ssc corrects this so we don't have to file claims to get our taxes back.
Once this is fix, I guarantee SSC sales will go back up for Canadians buying statues from them. I know I would. Ssc should reward me with a Thanos EX statue lol for the work I did for them...wishful thinking though.
