I'm curious where they are taking this. Learned more about MCU past and getting into its present more.
I think this may be the most grounded view into their world.

I haven't watched the second episode yet but I enjoyed the first.
The one thing that stuck out to me is that Falcon didn't get paid to be an Avenger? I know he blipped but shouldn't he be loaded? Sponsor something dude, you're an Avenger! lol

I remember when Spider-Man joined the team in the books, he was really looking forward to getting the substantial Avengers salary, but still couldn't get paid because he refused to reveal his secret identity before Civil War.

I'll bet their insurance premiums would be through the roof expensive. Life and death situations every time they go to work. Wonder if they get hazard pay.

After watching ep 2 of this, I'm on the fence. I get the idea... heroes in "the real world"... but I don't know that I'm interested enough in their money problems, bank loans, therapy, and harassment by white cops. Let's see if future episodes pull me in more.

I like it set more realistic, but I’ve always like Marvel because it seems like it could all be realistic (as far as aliens, androids, and wizards) go.
And since the intent of the show was to make me hate the new Cap. That took all of half an episode. That dude is a tool. #NotMyCap

Tried it. Just couldn’t get into it. Same with Wanda Vision. Don’t like this new MCU stuff or the DCEU stuff either, it’s just not for me. But, it doesn’t have to be.

Just FYI, for those unaware - the new Cap is played by Wyatt Russell. Kurt Russell's son.
He's been around, but first time I took notice was in 'Overlord'.
