I can understand not wanting returns (heck I don’t even buy second hand pieces), but there’s the issue of returns simply based off of change or minds, rather than due to defects etc.
I don’t remember how many times I’ve read collectors in the US returning pieces to Sideshow for no other reason that they don’t want it anymore, and didn’t want to lose the NRD, and they search for anything that they can look for as a defect.
Though most common is the situation whereby they knew prior to shipping that it didn’t match the prototype in quality, but were still curious, and knew just based off of that fact that a full refund was likely.
So what is Sideshow to do in those circumstances? Or is it just the price of doing business with a guaranteed satisfaction policy?
Though like many have suggested they really should look at organising such pieces with minor defects for sale, but specifically mention with each piece why it was returned for a marked discount etc.
