I remember working at Wendy's and taking over a store from someone that wasn't doing to good. Damn I started my first 2 weeks working 80 plus hours, and my supervisor ordered me home and got me 2 other motivated managers to help and that was the difference.

I would have run out of steam trying to keep that up.
Up until about a month and a half ago I was working almost nonstop. I've been training my staff to do everything so now they don't contact me unless its an emergency. I had them take over the shifts I was working so I can go in and just help out get the store ready or work through the lunch and take off when I feel everything is good. Much less stressful and with the business growing I don't feel like I'm slacking on my job

Hey look who showed up to the new crib. Its Pat.

He's making calls to the movers to bring in the furniture from the old crib.
