I get Marvel wanted to keep the illusion going as long as possible that Spider-Man was gone forever... but ultimately everyone knows the Avengers win in the end and everyone comes back...

I'm not sure Tony or Steve will be back.

I'm thinking Tony survives, marries Pepper, and is either on a long term leave of absense, or has just hung up the armour for good. Hence whey Favereau says 'You're alone now'
I really don't believe he is dead.

As far as taking up the roles again yeah maybe but in the movie their still alive... weather or not they still are after part 2, who knows but I would wager they are..
I have a feeling RDJ will keep playing the part in a small compacity like in guest appearances in other Marvel movies... getting paid $4-5 million for a 10 min. part is not a bad gig...
Not sure if Evens will be back but most actors play it coy like that in order to get more money... so it's hard to say if he will be back or not..
