Annihilation (2018) - 6.5/10
Natalie Portman, Oscar Isaac and Jennifer Jason Leigh
Watched on Amazon Prime.
A good "thinker" movie.
Hereditary (2018) - 5/10
Toni Collette and Gabriel Byrne
I think Toni is becoming too typecast in these sort of roles.

Just part of being an artist.
I've liked my share of his movies (Lady in the Water, The Village)
I think there are far worse directors out there.

Glass - 9 out of 10. I hate that Shamalyan feels even at this point, he needs to have twists in his movies, especially after so many of his films have been poorer because of them. And I was close to resenting Glass and refusing to watch his films again, until exploring the ending in more detail. It's still raw as only just watched it, but I actually think the ending may have been misread by many (or I'm way off on my interpretation), but I definitely have a bigger appreciation for his recent work if I'm correct, and feel a great sadness if the levels have been overlooked in the critical reviews the film has received (sub 40% on Rotten Tomatoes at the moment).

The Autopsy of Jane Doe 8/10 one of the better American made horror films I've seen over the past few years.
Mowgli Legend of the Jungle (Neflix orginal film) 7.5/10

The Upside 8/10 for the type of movie it is. You know this is one of those feel good type movies. Kevin Hart's schtic usually gets on my nerves but he was good in this movie.

Upgrade - 6/10
This film basically felt like Robocop with a slightly different twist. I loved the setting, production value was high and the sound was pretty amazing. Fight scenes were fairly average unfortunately which is where I feel this film could’ve really shined. Fun if you’re into Sci-Fi or revenge films but nothing groundbreaking.

Bumblebee 7.5/10 Focusing on 1 character really helped what could be another easily forgettable Transformers film into a slightly enjoyable one.
