They are slow to ship. After they shipped my parcel on December 17 my parcel tracking still shows "Parcel handed to DPD". Already contacted dpd and they adviced to contact Spiral, but the problem is i haven't received any response from them.

So my quote is $900+ for shipping from AC.
This is nearly the cost of the statue.
I don't know what to do at this point as I've paid an NRD of $300. Any suggestions, ideas?
Isn't the shipping only like $300 from Spiral directly?

Wow. That close to what I've paid for some 16' dinosaurs via freight.
So it's 1189.00 plus 900.00 shipping, plus the taxes? That's easily over 2k. I guess it really depends just how much you want it but I canceled mine. 300.00 isn't much of a loss compared to how much is left to pay. That's just my take on it.

That really sucks man. Your shipping quote is higher than mine. I am also curious to know the shipping costs for this when ordered directly from Spiral Studio sending it out to the U.S. If anyone who ordered it directly from Spiral and lives in the States, please kindly shared your experience.

Yea, I'm leaning toward canceling...just can't justify paying over $900 in shipping charges. I've asked if I can use the NRD to pay for something else...so far no response.

That would be the best option, I think. Idk why these places wouldn't let you shift it to another order. They are still making money after all. SUGO Toys and Lanatimeshop have allowed me to do it before. SC didn't but they have worked with me on other things.
