If a statue is more than 5 months delayed, you can request a full refund. However, if a shipping notice goes out for the statue before you request cancellation, we do have to withhold the NRD. We cannot give full refunds on statues that we have in-stock or that are on their way to us.

Any reason my refund is charged a fee? I paid straight out of my bank account to PCS goods and services $120..... $120 came out of my bank and I only receive $116 back?

PayPal charged the fee likely because they couldn't do a refund since it had been so long they had to just send you the money.

It was from the restock which was like 3 weeks ago when I paid my deposit

I wish that PCS can be a bit more professional on their customer service. I've requested a transfer to a new owner for almost two weeks without reply/confirmation. I hope they acknowledge this post.
