Just wanted to ask if you saw my PM. I didn't get any response or email. I am still waiting for my refund and the transfer. I would love to pay another invoice to you but I am not willing to do as long as I am waiting to get my money back from you guys for weeks now.

Any reason my refund is charged a fee? I paid straight out of my bank account to PCS goods and services $120..... $120 came out of my bank and I only receive $116 back?

PayPal charged the fee likely because they couldn't do a refund since it had been so long they had to just send you the money.

It was from the restock which was like 3 weeks ago when I paid my deposit

Well then that eliminates that! Sounds like somebody botched up and they owe you the rest.

So...I just got two new invoice emails from them. But still waiting for my refund. This is so frustrating.

I wish that PCS can be a bit more professional on their customer service. I've requested a transfer to a new owner for almost two weeks without reply/confirmation. I hope they acknowledge this post.
